Postcard from Paris: Champs-Élysées Christmas Market

I love Christmas markets; the aroma of churros, crepes and Nutella permeating the wintry night air, carousels and pushing through throngs of excited locals and tourists all gathered together to indulge in the festive air. Here’s a quick look at what I had (and saw, it’ll be impossible to finish them all!) at the Champs-Élysées Christmas Market (the largest market within Paris’ city limits) in a follow-up to Nat’s post on the Manchester Christmas Market

Waffles with a dash of strawberries and cream, or Nutella

A stand for Vin Chaud (French hot spiced wine!)

One of my favourites from the night: Churros! Sweet, crispy, fried dough. Yummy.

French market stands are never complete without the HUMONGOUS jar of Nutella.

I didn’t attempt to ride on these rest assured…but they are indeed a pretty sight at night.
